This article takes you through the subscription cancellation process.
To cancel your subscription plan, go to your profile and click on the settings option.
The settings page leads you to the Profile and Settings page. Choose the Plan and Billing Details option and go to the Plan page.
Click on the Manage Plan options and go to the Manage Subscription page.
On the Manage Subscription page, click on the Subscription Details.
Click on the Cancel Subscription option and go to the Cancel Subscription page.
Enter the reason for cancellation and click on the Confirm Cancellation button to cancel your subscription.
You will receive a confirmation message and the subscription cancellation date.
To remove the cancellation request, go to the Plan and Billing page and click the Remove Scheduled option.
Once you click on the Remove Scheduled option, a message pops up asking for confirmation to remove the Cancellation Request. Click the Submit button to remove the cancellation Scheduled request.
