How To Access and Manage Your Forms?

My Forms is the home page of the form builder. You will be directed to My Forms page each time you log into your account.

The Menu bar consists of All forms, the list of tags, create tag option and favourites.



All Forms

All forms consist of the list of all the forms.



Click on the tags title on the left side to view a particular set of forms.



Click on the star icon and add your essential forms to the favourites.



Search Bar

Type the form’s name in the search query, hit the search button, and get your form.



Name

Name shows the name of the form



Created by

Created by shows the initials of the person who created the form.



Place the cursor over the initials to know the name of the person.



Last Updated

The column shows the date and time of the form created or updated.



Actions

Action consists of the form’s settings



Edit

Edit option leads you to the form page where you can add or edit fields.



Duplicate

Click on the duplicate option to create a copy of the form.



Rename Forms

Click on the rename option to rename the title of the form.



Response

Response option leads to the submission page which has submission records. To create a new submission click on the new submission option.



Delete Forms

Click on the delete option to remove the form from the account.



Once you click on the delete option, a warning message pops up in the middle of the page asking for confirmation to delete the form. Hit the “Yes” button to delete the form, or “No” to cancel it.
